How much is the delivery fee?
$0.00, the delivery charge is free, but keep in mind the minimum order is $60.00.

Operating Hours:
EastVan Buds is open from 12PM – 10PM.

9PM order cut off time for the following areas:
– Downtown
– North Vancouver
– Kitsilano
– Port Coquitlam

How long will your delivery take?
Once your method of payment has been confirmed, the driver will deliver your order within 2 hours. If you are ordering through mail order please allow 2-5 business days.

Mail Order Questions:
If you are placing an order and choose mail order at the check out, please send us an email with your ID for your first time order. You will also be required to add $15 to your total cost for shipping.

Email Transfer Fees
For all orders under $60 the fee is $5.00
For all orders over $100 the fee is $10.00

What to do if you want an ounce but only smaller weights are in stock?
Place the order containing the smaller weights and put a note with the ounce price and we’ll confirm the ounce price when the order is placed.

What to do if you place an order and we are closed?
If you place another order before we’re open (12PM – 10PM), we can have your package ready for first batch of deliveries for that day (arriving  between 12:30 – 2:30).

Need delivery anywhere in Canada?
Place an order at www.Youtoke.co and receive your order in the mail through Canada Post. Deliveries typically take 2-3 business days.
